will a l68149 bearing 1.378 fit on a 1,375 shaft or will it be to loose on my camper trailer

Technically you would probably be okay with that little of a difference, but since we have the # L68149 bearing with an ID of 1.378" as well as the # LM48548 bearing with an ID of 1.375" it's important to also look at the weight capacity of your trailer axle to make sure we get the right option (that last digit can be slightly difficult to get accurate even with a digital caliper).
The L68149 bearing is normally found on a standard 3,500 lb axle while the LM48548 bearing is for a 2,500 lb agricultural axle. If you can confirm which axle rating/type you have it will give you a clearer image of which bearing you need. You can also look at the bearing number printed on the bearing itself.
