I have a solution for you that will provide an underbed platform for a 5th wheel hitch but there's no aftermarket prep package available for your 2012 Ford F-350. The prep packages for all makes are only available as a factory option.
Instead, you will want the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWGNRK1111-5W. Similar to the prep package this system installs beneath your truck bed and when you are not using your 5th wheel hitch you can easily remove it to have full access to your bed.
This kit includes all necessary parts and hardware to install in your 2012 Ford F-350. I have linked a video below that will show you the installation process. I have also attached a picture of what this will look like from beneath your truck.
With the Custom Underbed Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1111-5W installed you will have the option to use one of the best 5th wheel hitches in the towing business. The B&W Companion item # BWRVK3500-5W has a 20,000 lbs capacity and installs directly into the square receiver of the underbed installation kit. It has one inch thick dual jaws that provide a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This provides a more secure and comfortable towing experience by limiting chucking and jarring.
The Companion is also available in a slider if you have a shorter bed F-350 item # BWRVK3400. The Companion slider also has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
