Troubleshooting E1 Fault on Furrion RV Tankless On-Demand Water Heater

The E1 fault on the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR68SR is telling you that the flame sensor is not detecting a flame. Unfortunately there are several issues that could be causing this error. The first being the ignitor is not sparking when called for. I have seen that often times this can be resolved by cleaning the tip of the ignitor from any soot that may have built up on the ignitor tip. It can also be a regulator issue in which it is not sending propane when needed. This is generally something that is best left to a professional HVAC technician as they will have the tools to measure pressure on the regulator. You may also have a faulty sensor or the board is not functioning properly. Both of these issues would also need to be inspected by a technician to verify what is at fault.
