Yes, we do have a hitch with a 2" receiver for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13264. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tacoma with included hardware.
This is the highest weight capacity hitch we offer with a max tongue weight of 1,050 lbs and max towing capacity of 7,000 lbs. I have attached an installation video below that will walk you through the process of getting this hitch onto your Tacoma.
We have two options for wiring harnesses that fit your Tacoma.
4-Way for the lights only - Curt T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56349
7-Way for lights and brakes - Tekonsha Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter item # 22117
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
