Does Standard Trailer Wiring for 2019 Toyota Tacoma Require Running Battery Wire
Question:
Does the 2019 Tacoma tailights have enough power to accommodate the transmitter of some wireless magnetic trailer lights I own? Im trying to avoid running power cable up to the battery.

Since most likely the wireless magnetic tow lights are battery operated and only use the taillight wires of your 2019 Toyota Tacoma as signal wires I am sure they could accommodate the transmitter. For a long term solution a trailer wiring kit like the Curt T-Connector part # C56349 would be your best solution since you wouldn't have to worry about batteries dying or the magnetic lights getting lost, but this will require running the battery wire like you mentioned.
I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
