The only trailer hub assembly we offer with a .750" (part # LM11949) inner bearing and a 1.250" (part # LM67048) outer bearing is the Trailer Hub Assembly part # AH15450ECOMP which uses a 4 on 5" bolt pattern. This is a very odd bearing combo used only on agricultural trailers so they don't make many bolts patterns available, in fact it's only one.

The fact your outer bearing fits on a .75 diameter spindle means we aren't going to have a standard bearing kit to fit since that's not a standard dimension. Can you get me the C dimension as well? It could be that you need the part #LM67048…
