Question:

I want to use the DL22300 in a design for a conveyor lift. Do you have a complete drawing for this jack so I may can get all the mounting and hole sizes.

I checked the Dutton-Lainson website but a complete engineering diagram of this item is not available, so I took a piece from inventory and measured the mounting hole spacing. All eight mounting holes on the Dutton-Lainson Sidewind Swivel Jack # DL22300 are the same diameter, 0.42 inches (or 10.6 millimeters).

The attached photo indicates the measurements which are taken from hole-center to hole-center.

This jack includes mounting hardware and offers a 1200-lb lift capacity. A review video is linked to help illustrate this product.

The Dutton Lainson jacks are all made in America. I attached a link to a page that has all of the Dutton Lainson trailer jacks we offer. A very popular option is the part #DL22300 which is made in America.

The diameter of the Replacement Sidewind Handle #MJ-1000B-HD that you referenced is 1/2 inch. The radius of the handle is 7 inches.

Since you have a Fulton jack you will want to replace it with a Fulton so that you can reuse the same mount. For that jack #FTJ120W0301 is going to be the best option.

Thanks for the picture of your trailer jack! Based on that all you need is the part #FXP100W0301 which will easily attach to the welded on bracket you have on your trailer frame.

Based on the picture you submitted the Fulton Marine Jack part #FXP100W0301 that you referenced would be exactly what you'd need and would bolt right up to the mount you have on the trailer frame.
