Yes, the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3710 will work with a sidewinder pin box. The Companion mounts in your Chevy's factory puck system which provides it with the stability and support to function with a rotating turret. It has a 20,000 lbs capacity. If your trailer weighs more than this you will need item # BWRVK3715 which has a 25,000 lbs capacity.
The Companion Hitch is the best option for towing a 5th wheel trailer. It has dual 1" thick jaws that provide a 360 degree jaw to king pin contact. This significantly limits chucking and jarring which provides you with a more comfortable and quieter towing experience.
