This is a two-stage regulator that has a maximum flow capacity of 400,000 Btu's which not only will be plenty for your dryer, but is among the highest available for class A, B, and C RV's.

The 4 holes in the back of the MB Sturgis #108220 2-stage regulator are indeed for mounting. The holes aren't threaded but the metal is soft enough that a #8 1/4 inch machine screw would cut threads perfectly into it.
