Hi there, I have a Dexter 3500# axle model D35 with serial number 612555088. Would you let me know what kit I need to rebuild/repack the bearings? Thank you!!

Thank you for all of the info you listed. Since you have a Dexter 3,500 lb trailer axle the correct bearing kit you need is the part # BK2-100 that you referenced which comes with the correct bearings, races, and seals. For grease I would recommend the heavy duty and waterproof Lubrimatic LMX Red Grease part # L11390.

Bearings will be pretty tight on the spindle when they are installed. They should not be so tight that you have to really pound on them to fit but they can require a little bit of effort to get them to slide onto the spindle. When installed there…
