Is the Sealed Optronics Light part # STL79RB Sealed or Exposed on the Back

in the video it looks all sealed up...but on the other it is all opened up,,,,,is the back sealed up as in the video?

The back of the Sealed, Streamline LED Trailer Stop, Turn and Tail Light # STL79RB that you referenced is sealed. I pulled one from our warehouse to confirm this.
The picture is a little misleading as it looks as if its exposed on the back side, but if you look closely you can see that there is a clear seal that protects the circuit board. You can tell its there by the reflection of the light on it.
