Recommended Hitch To Reduce Rear Suspension Sag While Towing 5,300LB Trailer W/ 700LBS Tongue Weight

Question:

Looking for a suspension system that will help with rear end truck squat when towing our boat. Our truck is 4WD and has the adaptive ride control suspension. The truck squats quite a bit for a 5300lbs load with about 700lbs of tongue weight. 2020 GMC Denali with Adaptive Ride Control

The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET is the best thing you can add to level your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali when trailer towing. This will allow you to distribute the weight evenly across your truck and remove your rear end sag. And since it is only being used when you are towing the trailer it will not diminish any of your ride quality when not towing. You will need to follow the setup instructions for the weight distribution hitch with the instructions in your owners manual as the adaptive ride control has certain steps that must be followed to ensure it is installed correctly. The hitch also incorporates sway control to reduce trailer sway caused by strong winds on the highway.

You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the include 2-5/16" hitch ball that comes with the hitch.
