My pivot came loose what is the torque on this bolt and should i use lock tight on it , if so which strength. Thanks

I checked with Roadmaster and the Pivot Bolt part # RM-350800-00 of the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 needs to be torqued to 70 ft lbs. Loc Tite is not recommended.
