Kayak Foam Blocks That Will Fit The Yakima RailBar Crossbars On A 2019 Subaru Forester

I have Yakima Railbar roof racks installed on my 2019 Subaru Forester. I use them to carry various water toys canoe, kayak, SUP, etc. I have some old foam blocks for this, but the old blocks arent cut for the airfoil profile of the Yakima Railbars round in front tapering to thin edge back. Do you carry any foam blocks that fit these bars?
