Replacing 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector On Older Trailer
Question:
Trying to connect the yellow/brown wire and green/brown wire to a 4 way flat harness… what wires connect to what? Thanks

Your trailer appears to have a wishbone style harness like the Harness # A35W42B where the brown wire is for any running/clearance lights, yellow wire is for the left turn signal/brake light and the green wire is for the right turn signal/brake light. If you are replacing the End Connector # HM48138 you will simply align your wires brown to brown, yellow to yellow, green to green and the white wire will connect to the ground wire which I do not see in your picture.
You can always test your lights to ensure they were wired in correctly with a 12 volt battery source before making your final connections. This will ensure whoever connected the wiring did it correctly.
