Base Plate Kit and Tow Bar Recommendation for a 2004 Jeep Liberty

I've got a 2004 Jeep Liberty that I'm looking to flat tow. I have magnetic lights and a brake system from my old towing setup but I need a base kit and towing bar as my old one was worn out. What do you recommend?
