For the Hollywood Racks Destination bike rack part # HR4000 the correct lock setup is the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks # HRLHPTC which is a replacement hitch pin lock as well as a matching cable lock you can route through your bike frames to secure the bikes to the vehicle/rack.
