I'm assuming 32 is a typo and that you really have two 6v batteries wired together. If you have the batteries wired in parallel the voltage will still be 6v but the amperage of the batteries will be combined. If you wire them in series the voltage will be added together but the amperage will stay the same.

i.e. two 6v 100amp hour batteries in parallel would be 6v 200amp hours, two 6v 100amp hour batteries in series would be 12v 100amp hours.

In short yes, the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger - 12V - 70 Amps # PD9270 would be able to charge your batteries as long as their wired in series to be 12v.

You'll want the converter to be at least 10% of the total battery bank so the # PD9270 would be good up to a 700amp hour battery bank. With increased amperage you will need thicker gauge wire so make sure you carefully follow the instructions during installation to prevent the risk of overheating the wire and causing an electrical fire.
