Compatibility of etrailer SD Tow Bar With etrailer Base Plate On 2021 Jeep Gladiator Plastic Bumper

Hello, I have a question about the etrailer towing bar model e34ZR fitting with the baseplate e98948. Can I have a confirmation both will fit together ? thanks

Yes, the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR will fit to the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98948 on the front of your 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This base plate fits models with the factory plastic front bumper. You may need a High-Low adapter to keep the tow bars within 3" of level.
For wiring you will need either the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 or the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM38FR if your Jeep has teh ParkSense proximity sensors. A Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 will maintain your battery and prevent your supplemental braking system does not drain your battery.
Depending on your towing vehicle this will determine the best braking system for your Gladiator. The Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # DM26VR is needed for vehicles that have air brakes. This will ensure that your brakes only operate when the air brakes on the towing vehicle are being used. All other vehicles will use the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR. This braking system will only activate when it senses the inertia of braking by the tow vehicle and sees the brake lights are activated.
