Can I Run the 12 V Power for the Tekonsha T One Wiring Harness Inside My 2011 Hyundai Tuscon?

Hi, Im wondering if I can wire the the Tekonsha T-one 4 way flat wiring harness entirely inside my vehicle. Is it possible to run the power line through the interior and up through the hole on the driver side to the battery? Or simply connect the power line to the interior fuse box? Im trying to avoid having to jack my vehicle up to run the line outside as well as increase the lifespan of the harness. Thank you

We get this question commonly and the answer is yes and no. You can run the powerline however you want so long as it gets to the battery on your 2011 Hyundai Tucson. The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118501 needs a dedicated 12 volt power source to function correctly. You can not run this harness to an interior fuse box. That will damage the ModuLite and eventually fry your fuses.
