How Is The Stromberg Carlson Chock Wheel Stabilizer Supposed To Be Installed?
Question:
Item # SC97MR Has a note that says: Do not use as a brake or wheel wedge But item# CAM44662 Does not have a similar note They look the same Are they saying you need to put wedges under the wheels?

The note might not be there for the Camco Premium Locking Wheel Stop w/ Ratchet Wrench # CAM44662, but the function is the same as the Stromberg Carlson Chock Wheel Stabilizer for Tandem-Axle Trailers and RVs # SC97MR.
Both of these items are designed to be a stabilizer, not a wheel chock, we still recommend using wheel chocks like the etrailer Wheel Chocks # 288-02011-2.
If you look at the image attached, you can see # SC97MR installed the way it's intended, in-between the wheels with proper wheel chocks under the wheels.
