A 7/32 size drill bit would be ideal as a pilot hole size for use with the 1-1/2" Long Torx Floor Screws # TF01150 which are actually 1/4 inch diameter.

The correct replacement for the Oil Seal 225255UC is the Oil Seal part #9103309. These both have a 2.24/2.25" inner diameter and 3.37" outer diameter. They are also designed for use with oil bath hubs.
