Troubleshooting a Factory 7-way on a Ford F150
Question:
I have tail lights on the 4 way but no tail lights on the 7 way. I have factory tow package wiring, I have replaced the 20 amp fuse in position 10 and also replaced the relay in position R201inch however this has not solved the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would check the back of the 7-way connector for chewed up wires or anything else that could be causing circuits to short out and fix as necessary. It might also be as simple as the connector became undone and needs to be replugged back in. I would say to check the relays and fuses but it sounds like you have already done that.
You can also trace the wiring from the 7-way back up to the front of the truck looking for cut or exposed wire that could be causing the short.
