I believe you are asking if your puck adapter like the:

-Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR for your Husky Silver Series 16K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # HT31326-31314 which is no longer available, will work with your Reese hitch the answer is yes.

As long as your Reese 5th wheel hitch mounts to industry standard rails like your Husky does then it'll work fine. If your Reese hitch is meant to mount to factory pucks like # RP26FR, then the adapter is not needed and you can just drop the hitch into the pucks.
