Does the load resisters have a + and - ends?

No, there is not a positive (+) and negative (-) on the ends of the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals # DI34ZR. It does not matter which side connects to the positive and which to the ground.

I have included a couple wiring diagrams you can check out to help with installation.
