Recommended Air Helper Springs For A 2020 Ram 2500
Question:
Would you use airbags over a good weight distribution system? Just bought a used Wildwood but deal didnt include a WDH. Got suspension salespeople telling me to forget weight distribution and go with an airbag system. Whats the best choice for a 2020 Ram 2500? Thanks!

When it comes to installing air helper springs on your 2020 Ram 2500 I would recommend The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57589 over the weight distribution hitch because the air bags are easier to install and there is hardly any maintenance to them.
The airbags have a 7,500 pound capacity that provides load-leveling support, reducing strain on your rear suspension and improving both safety and ride quality. It will also help with improved steering and braking performance, helping to maintain safe headlight aim, and also keeps your tires from wearing unevenly.
These airbags have an adjustable air pressure between 5 psi to 100 psi. The bags are made out of a 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber. They're compatible with most 5th-wheel and gooseneck hitches.
