Question:

Have installed new hot water heater. RV has 2 sinks the bathroom taps work prefect. Kitchen taps do not start the heater.

Since you've already verified that your water heater # LSB44FR is actually heating up the water to your other faucets, but it's not working at your kitchen faucet, then that tells me that you have a shut off valve somewhere in-line to your kitchen taps.

I recommend making sure that the shut off valve is opened for both hot and cold water line, and verifying again.

Another thing you can check is, the cartridge for your kitchen faucet. If enough buildup occurs within your cartridge, then that could create a blockage and stop you from getting hot water to that faucet.
