Which Direction Does the Brake Flange 4-34 Face When Mounted?

Do the “dimples” face in or out on these. I can’t see that it matters just want to be sure before I weld them on.

You will want to orientate the Brake Mounting Flange for 1-3/4" Round Trailer Axles - 2K item # 4-34 so the dimples face outward from your axles.
