Do 4-Bike Platform Bike Racks Have 1-1/4 Inch Adapter

Does it come with an inch and a quarter receiver tube adapter Both of my cars have inch and a quarter receiver tubes

All platform bike racks that can hold 4 bikes will have a 2" shank only (no adapter) - this is simply because the weight of the bike rack requires the stronger receiver.
For an alternative rack solution you'll need a hanging style rack that doesn't weigh as much as a platform rack. For your application I recommend going with the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack # TH9025XT. This has an adapter so it'll work for both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers if you ever get a vehicle with the larger receiver size. This is a premium rack with easy to use features and a sleek design but you'll need an adapter bar like part # TH982XT for any kid's bikes or bikes that don't have a horizontal top tube. It is worth noting that your 1-1/4" receivers need to be at least a Class II receiver to safely carry 4 bikes.
