According to the research I have on a Dexter 69-46 A2 boat trailer axle, that axle is a 2k axle with the common 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. While we have an option for you, we do not have a 2k axle that measures 91 inches from hub face to hub face like yours.
The absolute best option is an axle-less solution like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # A20RS545. This suspension system comes with all you need, including idler hubs, bearings, races, and grease seals. With all of these parts, you do not have to go through the pain of making sure you get the correct individual fitment of each of these components. In addition, the axle-less system is a superior system because the suspension reacts to bumps/uneven ground independently without disturbing the other side of the vehicle like thru-axle models.
In order to make sure that you have enough length on the spindles for your setup, I went ahead and attached a diagram of the # A20RS545 to compare with your tire width and fenders. It is important to note that this system is compatible with regular tires that measure 13 inches in diameter or smaller.
