Does Jounce Bumper of 2016 Ford F-250 Remove to Install Firestone Ride Rite
Question:
My truck is lifted do I need the jounce stop to install the Firestone ride rite air spring kit

Expert Reply:
You do not need to have the jounce stop installed on your 2016 Ford F-250 to install the Ride Rite kit part # F2582 as removing the jounce is actually the first step when installing this kit. Since you have a lift kit though you will need a spacer kit to take up the extra room created by the lift. For example if you have a 2 inch lift you'd want part # F2366, 4 inch lift part # F2370, 3 inch lift part # F2367, or 6 inch lift part # F2374.
