Currently have AM30790 kenda tire and wheel on my trailer. Is the kenda AM10066 the tire I need to buy for replacement tires.

Yes, the # AM10066 would be a replacement that would work great on your Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30790. It is the same size and Load Range of C.

The letter ratings you mentioned are the Load Ranges. These are related to the weight capacity of the tire and do not reflect the speed rating. The tire part #AM10066 that you referenced has a 65 mph speed rating.
