The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC358590 has a manual access port located on the bottom and the top of each jack's motor so that the jacks can still operate in the event of a power loss. These ports have a rubber plug to protect them (pictured below) that you'll need to remove to access the override.

The top override requires a 3/8" drive ratchet and extension and the bottom ports require a 5/16" socket.

If the system will not function correctly after recharging the battery then you'll want to reset it by unplugging all electrical connectors on the system and leaving them disconnected for about 15 minutes. After you wait the 15-minutes you can re-connect everything and test the control pad again.
