Is the frame strong enough to go thru a car wash? Is it plastic or aluminum?

The frame on the Custom Third Brake Light Camera for Aftermarket Monitor # GCH94FR is made of plastic while the camera is made of aluminum. The frame gets screwed in for installation and is strong enough to handle a car wash.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
