There is not a lot of difference between the Thule Interstate, # TH869, and Outbound, # TH868, roof mount cargo bags. Basically you are looking at capacity differences. the Interstate has a 16 cubic foot capacity and the Outbound has a 13 cubic foot capacity.

The Interstate is 40 inches long, 38 inches wide, and 18 inches tall. The Outbound is 36 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 17 inches tall.

Both bags are made of non-PVC nylon.
