Can Brake Mounting Flanges be Added to Trailer Axles

I have a twin axle trailer to which I would like to add brakes. The axles do not have brake mounting brackets. Is there anything I can do without replacing an axle?

You can add brake mounting flanges to axles based which you'd need to know the diameter of your axle to pick out the correct one.

Part # 4-44-1 is for a 3 inch axle, part # 4-35 2-3/8 inch axles, and part # 4-50 is for 3-1/2 inch axles.
