Replacing 2013 Toyota Tundra Factory Tailgate Mount Backup Camera to Allow Camper Installation
Question:
What is the best way to use existing factory wiring and mirror view to relocate camera to bumper to facilitate tailgate removal for camper installation?

We do offer a range of aftermarket backup camera systems, but please note that these are all independent systems that are intended to remain separate from vehicle wiring. They are not designed to be used along with the Toyota OEM harness from their factory tailgate camera system so unfortunately we cannot provide any help to use that wiring. Depending on the size and design of your camper a license plate-mount system may be a good option as long as the camper does not interfere with the line of sight to the license plate area.
The most popular camera system for owners of the 2013 Toyota Tundra is the Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors, part # HM60195VA. This system uses a manually-adjustable license plate-mount wide-angle camera and sensors and includes a 2-1/2-inch color LCD display and a 19.7-foot cable between camera and monitor. It provides both visual and audible alarms as it detects items up to 5-1/2-feet away. I have linked a video showing installation and use of this system.
The wiring required for installation consists of making two connections; one goes to the vehicle reverse light circuit (which activates the camera and sensors when you back up) and the other is a ground ring terminal that installs to any clean unpainted surface on the vehicle frame. The only other wiring is the routing of the main 19.7-foot camera cable from the rear of the vehicle up to the passenger compartment where it connect to the monitor. The best routing of this wire will vary from vehicle to vehicle but the linked video offers one example.
I have also provided a link to all similar systems ranked in order of popularity among owners of the 2013 Tundra.
