I would not suggest stacking cargo bags on top of one another on the roof of any vehicle. Motion and wind could cause items to shift in the bags and create an unstable condition. The extra wind resistance could also affect the handling of your vehicle, and reduce your gas mileage.
You would also have to first consider the weight capacity of the roof of your vehicle by checking the owners manual or checking with the dealership. Even one fully loaded cargo bag could exceed the roof weight capacity of some vehicles. Along with clearance issues you may encounter, like in a garage or a drive thru.
It can be difficult to reach some of the cargo when mounted in the middle of the roof. I would recommend a wheel mount tire step like part # HE4040. This tire step allows you to safely reach the cargo on your roof. It adjusts to fit any tire, folds flat for easy storage, and has a weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Another option you may wish to consider would be a hitch mounted cargo carrier. I have linked you to our fitguide page where you can select your vehicle and find a compatible hitch. I have also linked you to our hitch carrier product page.
