Weight Distribution and Sway Control Recommendation for 2017 Forest River R-Pod 171
Question:
I am pulling a smaller camper, 2017 Forest River R-Pod 171. I thought it would be light enough to pull with a 2003 Toyota 4Runner SR5 but when pulling through some tight turns and bumpy roads, I realized I needed to do something. Can you recommend some options? I thought at first I just needed a sway bar but as I’ve been reading, I would need a weight distribution.

A weight distribution system would be a great solution for your 2017 Forest River R-Pod 171 like with the Fastway e2 part # FA94-00-0600 which has sway control built into it and also has the correct tongue weight range.
