The Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers - 7K is part # HSE7K-T1 is for tandem axle trailers and the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers - 7K is part # HSE7K-TR1 is for triple axle trailers. The only difference between the two is that you'll get an extra hub/rotor with the latter since it's designed for triple axle trailers.
