For your trailer that has a 7k triple axle trailer with 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern the correct kit that comes with everything needed to convert it to electric over hydraulic disc is the HydraStar part # HSE7K-TR1 that you referenced.
This comes with the best actuator, all the brake lines you'd need, and coated brake hub/rotors that will bolt right up to your 5 lug mounting flange.
