The HydraStar # HSE7K-TR1 disc brake kit you mentioned is designed for 7K axles. I don't have access to a database that would tell me what your 5th wheel came equipped from the factory with, but it's pretty easy to figure out. The disc brake rotors included in the kit will replace hub/drums that use the 25580 inner and 14125A outer wheel bearing and the GL-2250DL grease seal all of which are typical for a 7K axle. I'd recommend looking at your inner and outer wheel bearings and getting the spindle diameter where the seal rides as well as the inner hub bore diameter to ensure everything matches up.

If your existing hubs use those inner and outer bearings, the inner hub bore is 3.376 inches, the diameter of the spindle where the grease seal rides is 2.250 inches in diameter, and the bolt pattern of your wheels is 8 on 6-1/2 inches and are compatible with 1/2 inch wheel studs, the # HSE7K-TR1 Electric Over Hydraulic disc brake kit with actuator will work well for you.

The kit includes the electric over hydraulic actuator, the brake rotors, the calipers compete with brake pads and mounting brackets as well as a brake line kit.

I'm not sure what year Ford truck you have, but if it has a factory brake controller that is NOT electric over hydraulic compatible, you'll also need the # HBA-CAM adapter module.

I've linked to an installation video that you might find helpful.
