Door Keepers For Holding Enclosed Trailer Entry Door Open at 90 Degree Or 45 Degree Angle
Question:
I have a custom-built concession trailer 7x12 MVW Mohawk Valley Welding. I want to keep the rear entry door AJAR - not fully open - for air flow, privacy, and to keep logo/lettering/wrap artwork on the back of the trailer visible. The screen door is not strong enough to hold the eye and hook setup I tried. I vend in windy areas. Im hoping a 45 or 90 degree T-hook and keeper could be used in reverse to accomplish this. Any advice would be appreciated.

The 45-Degree T-Style Hook and Keeper Door Holder # 37211765 and 90-Degree T-Style Hook and Keeper Door Holder # 37211785 would allow you to hold your entry door open for additional ventilation. While these are stainless steel and very strong I would warn against using in very strong winds as it could damage the door or trailer skin if a strong enough gust is blowing. You can use multiple holders on the door but do remember to unhook them before trying to close or open the door.
The hook will mount to the trailer exterior and the keeper to the outer door panel.
