Looks like the correct replacement vent lid you would need is the part # FVK1020-19. This is the correct replacement vent lid for Fantastic roof vents like your LF8000.

If your current awning is a 16 foot awning you can use this replacement #LCV000334402. This is compatible with Solera, Dometic A&E, and Carefree of Colorado awnings. Dometic A&E make the Sunchaser Awning Model #834AV18.401
