Will this hitch just it into the pucks in my 2022 Ford F-350?? Is there an adapter needed?

There is no adapter needed to install the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305 on your 2022 Ford F-350.
This hitch will simply drop in and lock into your factory pucks.
This hitch has a gross towing weight of 25,000-lbs, and a vertical load limit of 6,250-lbs.
You're going to want to check with your vehicles owner manual for the maximum towing capacity, and compare that rating to the hitch, and use the lowest rating between the two.
I have included a installation video where they install this hitch on a 2019 Ford F-350.
