We have what you need, I have a tankless water heater linked below that will work:

**Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White # LSB64FR.
**Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve - 1/2" Valve w/ 4" Probe # CAM10423.

This Fogatti unit will replace your old tanked water heater. It has freeze protection and will push 90 gallons of hot water per hour if you really want it to.

You will need to install a relief valve, I have linked it above.

It does need a cut out that is 13" wide x 13" tall x 17-3/4" deep.
It will have an overall dim of 14-3/8" long x 15" wide x 15" tall.

So you will need to do some minor trimming, this is the closest I can get to your required dims.

There is another option that will work and it is the Furrion linked below:

*Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 60,000 BTU # FR93FR.
*Replacement Access Door for Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - 16" x 16" # FR43FR.

It is similar in size and shape just a little smaller in some areas. It has a 2 year warranty and can push about 144 gallons of hot water per hour if needed.
