We can definitely get you set up with the 7,000 lb Timbren Axle-Less system to replace both your axles, and because the Timbrens come with the left and right side, a quantity of one would replace just one axle. So for tandem axles you will need a quantity of two of the Timbren system:
- (Quantity of 2) Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 7K # TASR7KS01
Then for the hub and drum those are sold individually, while the electric brakes are sold in a pair, and you'll also need some mounting hardware. So here is exactly what you will need:
- (Quantity of 4) Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle # 42866UC3-EZ
- (Quantity of 2) Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-180-181
- (Quantity of 20) Brake Mounting Bolt for 12" Brake Assembly # 7-5
- (Quantity of 20) Lock Washers # 38LW
The brakes come with the nuts but not the bolts or washers, and 20 are needed to secure each of the brake assemblies. If you didn't want to order them individually, you do have the option of getting a kit that includes the nuts, bolts, and washers, so you'd have extra, but it is an option I wanted to mention, and you'd need a quantity of 2 of the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12.
