Curt has a hitch that fits your 2022 Hyundai Tucson with the part # C94WR but the # C13240 does not fit your vehicle. If you need trailer wiring too you'd want the part # CU94FR.

If you are using the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike #KU64FR for a 2-inch hitch, I confirmed with Kuat that you will need the #HL1 because of the 1-1/4 adapter sleeve that comes with the rack.
