Suspension of 2008 Honda Pilot Squats When Cargo Carrier is Installed

I bought one of these when I had my excursion, but have since traded for a 2008 pilot. When I put it on the pilot Im pulling a wheely. What do I do to level it out?

So, what you are saying is that once the cargo carrier is loaded up with whatever you are carrying, the rear suspension compresses quite a bit, is that correct?
If this is the case, it sounds like you would be a good candidate for a rear suspension enhancement kit. For a passive system that would only come into play when extra weight is applied to the rear of the vehicle, like when the carrier is being used, the Timbren # THROD2 system would be great. Install the system, and you would not need to do anything else with it.
An airbag system that would install inside your rear coil springs like the Air Lift # AL60815 is another option. The air pressure in the Air Lift system can be fine tuned to fit the specific load being carried.
You will also want to make sure that you are not loading the carrier beyond its or the hitches capacity.
