Can you tow a fifth wheel with a 2020 Ram 2500 with Rambox utilizing a superglide hitch?

I have a solution for you but in order to tow a fifth wheel trailer using your 2020 Ram 2500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed, OEM Prep Pkg, and RamBox you will need to use a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder which will be specific to the trailer. There isn't enough clearance with the Rambox's so you will need to have the rotating point be higher up at the pin box.
If your trailer uses a Lippert 1716 then the correct Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret is item # RP77FR.
The Reese item # RP61422 fits the following pin boxes:
Fabex 663
Fabex 665
Lippert 0719
Lippert 1621
Lippert 1621HD
M and M 663
M and M 665
With a sidewinder pin box you will want to use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs item # BWRVK3600. This 5th wheel hitch will fit your Ram 2500's factory puck system. You will need the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels item # SWW-06. This wedge is designed specifically for the B&W 5th wheel hitches to work with the Sidewinder pin box. The Wedge prevents the pivot at that fifth-wheel hitch jaws so only the pin box rotates.
